The market in West U is still going strong. Compared to last year, it is even a bit better. We had more houses under contract this Feb (19 vs 18). Yes, I know the number is only slightly better, but that is still great news in this energy climate.
As far as momentum, it is still a fast market with 3.8 months of inventory (4.1 in 2015).
This is all good news for a great spring!
