July is always full of travel and vacations, but we've had a pretty good market in West University Place. While we haven't had as many sales as June, that is perfectly normal and we are the same as last year. Days on market is of course higher than June also, but in range with 2015. And months of inventory is healthy at 6 months for detached single family.
Median sales price is up 5.7% from last month and 19% from last year:
Average days on market is increasing, but is normal and in range for July (see last year):
And contracts are holding steay:
