WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE

REWORD ALL OF THIS: "West U", as the residents call it, is a special neighborhood in the city of Houston.  In between the Galleria/Uptown and Downtown areas, it is 10-15 minutes to all the museums, restaurants, sporting events, and everything in the city.  And even though it is in the city center, it is its own city - which means residents get faster police and fire response (not to mention eight parks, two pools - one aquatic play center, and many other benefits).
